A former was made by Nicole Green, who carved poly into the cloud shape and formed varaform over it. The poly was removed to leave a hollow cloud shape, with a hatch to access the inside to change the lights.

Dyed wadding was added, with a cotton lining inside to diffuse the lights from inside.

Extra colour was airbrushed on to add stormy colours and dimension.

The cloud was suspended in the steel box frame using dyneema thread.
