Over 300 books made as a mezzanine wall for Marx’s library.

Made using polystyrene blocks of varying sizes, which were scrimmed and textured using Flintex to create the page detail, before dark washes were added.

The covers were made with greyboard backed canvas, dyed with rosco washes. Gold details were added to the covers and the books were glued together on painted black boards, in a specific order to match the model box.
